Prestressed Bamboo Pipe Extrusion Line

The whole set of national standard prestressed bamboo joint plastic bellows equipment is composed of extruder, extrusion mold, forming mold, forming machine, cooling water tank, drawing machine, sawing machine and reversing table. The replacement mold of the equipment can also produce a variety of single/double-wall plastic bellows such as double-wall perforated water pipes and fresh air pipes. The forming machine is mainly composed of reducer, template, transmission forming template, track, frame, air-cooled device, front and back, up and down moving device, reducer selection of hard gear surface reducer, track material is high wear-resistant material after tempering, nitriding treatment, surface hardness is HRC50-52, template water cooled forced air cooling, frame is welded with high-quality steel, reasonable and stable structure. The drive motor adopts frequency conversion governor or servo drive, so as to achieve uniform and stable stepless speed regulation.
